All new recruits receive a full induction which includes core information relating to the organisation and its values, policies and procedures in  such areas as Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity.

We operate a full Performance Appraisal and Review system and within that each member of staff will have agreed learning and development needs as appropriate to the needs of the business and their own development.
