We are accredited under ISO 9001:2000 Accreditation, the Customer Contact Association (CCA) process, the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) Code of Conduct and Response Management Commitment Scheme as well as Response Management Specialist accreditation.
We have also been accredited with ISO 20000 Certification in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
In addition, bss is a member of the Telephone Helplines Association (THA) and is Investors in People (IIP) accredited.
Across bss, key performance indicators (KPI's) are developed along with internal benchmarks that enable us to continuously measure performance. The KPI's enable on-going analysis to be carried out on set criteria in order to consistently measure performance and drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
