Peter Calderbank - Chief Executive
Peter has a degree in Engineering and qualified as a    Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand. Prior to  joining bss as Finance Director in 1998, Peter held a number of senior financial positions including a rapidly expanding commercial business. He was appointed Chief Executive in January 2002. 


 Robin Lord - Operations Director
Robin joined bss in November 2000 and is responsible for all bss operations. Prior to joining bss Robin has had management roles in the public, and voluntary sectors, latterly as Regional Director and acting Operations Director for Rathbone, the training and educational charity.

Dani Muir - Sales and Marketing Director
Dani recently joined bss as Sales and Marketing Director. Dani brings over ten years of sales and marketing experience including professional consulting for the public and not-for-profit sectors. Her most recent position was Associate Director for Avebury International which provides construction services to the public sector. Prior to this, Dani was the Membership Marketing Manager for the Royal Horticultural Society.

Newton Mcdonald - Finance Director
Newton has a degree in Mathematics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Rowland Nevill before moving to Price Waterhouse. Prior to joining bss as Finance Director in 2002, Newton held a number of senior financial positions in Engineering and Financial Services Groups.



Rosemary Sheard - Human Resources Director
Rosemary joined bss in 1989, since then her responsibilities have grown to encompass human resource management and development. She has a degree in Business Studies and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), as well as having a wealth of human resources experience in the public and private sectors.

Mark Capel - Information Systems (IS) Director
Mark joined bss in December 2006. He has an honours degree in Biomedical and Electronic Engineering and is also a certified IBM Lotus Specialist in development and  administration. Before joining bss, Mark was the IT Director for  Synergy Healthcare plc for five years.
