Over our years as a non-profit organisation, we’ve built quite a portfolio of facts. Here’s a glimpse of what we do here at BSS, how we do it and just how important our customer-focused goals are to the heart of the organisation. .
On average each advisor will experience up to 50 calls a day, and we stay on schedule 89 percent of the time.
BSS has over 400 employees spread over five different sites across the UK, to ensure there’s someone close by to offer help.
As well as phone lines and web chats, we now give help and advice via text messaging – we’re right with the customer.
79 per cent of our time is spent handling customer contacts, which is higher than the industry average 55 to 65 per cent.
On average in 2013, BSS spent 30,919 minutes on the phone a day – we have advisors everywhere ready to chat.
We have over 240 trained advisers who are dedicated and committed to giving help and information to those who need it most.
